Why I'm doing this
I've learned more from getting it wrong than I ever did from getting it right.
And almost none of that gets said out loud.
So we'll talk about your business and the problems you're actually trying to solve.
What's working. What isn't. The calls that were harder than they looked from the outside.
And where you think healthcare is going - technology, AI, what needs to change, and what the next few years could look like.
Somewhere in there, I hope we get to the human story too.
Because I think we learn far more from what didn't go to plan.

- A call you weren't comfortable with, but made anyway.
- What would you do differently, knowing what you know now?
No rehearsed answers. Nothing you're uncomfortable sharing.
We don't need names, companies or details that belong to someone else. You decide how much you want to share.
The experience may be complicated. The conversation can be honest.

A little about me
I'm Anita. I've spent 18 years in commercial healthcare, across Abbott, Amgen, Mundipharma, Novartis and Cipla - working across the US, India, Switzerland, Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, and now the Gulf.
A lot of my career has happened where the operating manual runs out.
Building commercial teams and capabilities. Launching into markets that behaved nothing like the ones the playbook was written for. Figuring things out while we were already in motion.
But the conversations that changed how I work rarely happened on a stage or in a meeting room.
They happened afterwards.
In a corridor. Over coffee. In the back of a taxi.
When someone finally said the thing they had left out of the presentation.
OffLabel is my attempt to record a few of those conversations.
I'm based in Dubai, with an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai, an MBA from Rutgers, and a patent with my name on it.
